etc.\nSupport ISO/IES 17025 accreditation sustaining activities and ensure compliance (e.g. 5S, safety, ESD, cost compliance, radiation protection, laser protection, passing audit and deviation correction). \nFoster collaboration and positive culture.\nPerform other tasks as required by superiors.\nContinually improve FA workflows to ensure efficiency and method development.\nSustain laboratory activities and actively provide technical advice and guidance to others when applicable.\nWho we are looking for\nDiploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, science principles or equivalent.\nAt least with 3 years working experience in laboratory operation environment.\nExperience in MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory accreditation.\nExperience with Semiconductor FA methods.\nKnowledge in back end technology and processing will be an advantage.\nKnowledge in optical semiconductor and failure analysis.\nUse of internal database, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.\nExperience in MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory accreditation.\nHighly organized, self-driven way of working.\nStrong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of
