This role supports production, and maintenance operations by ensuring electrical equipment is operating properly, downtime is minimized, and all work complies with applicable safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures.\nWork Schedule: This position works 3rd Shift, 11:00pm - 7:00am, on a rotating schedule of 13 days on followed by 1 day off, including two weekends per month. Overtime available on Saturdays, with double pay on Sundays.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, motors, panels, lighting, controls, sensors, drives, lasers, robots and related equipment.\nDiagnose electrical faults using appropriate test equipment, schematics, wiring diagrams, meters, and technical documentation.\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and electrical infrastructure.\nRead and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, ladder logic, equipment manuals, and engineering specifications.\nSupport equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and commissioning activities.\nMaintain, troubleshoot, and repair control systems, including motor controls, relays, variable frequency drives, and programmable logic controller interfaces as applicable.\nEnsure all electrical work is completed in accordance with applicable electrical codes, safety requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and company standards.\nDocument maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, parts used, and recommended follow-up actions.\nRespond to equipment breakdowns and production support calls in a timely and professional manner.\nCollaborate with maintenance, engineering, production, and safety teams to improve equipment reliability and workplace safety.\nMaintain tools, electrical supplies, spare parts, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.\nWho we are looking for\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nTechnical certificate, vocational training, associate degree in electrical technology, or equivalent electrical maintenance experience preferred.\nExperience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, or repairing electrical equipment in an industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or facilities environment.\nKnowledge of electrical troubleshooting and maintenance functions, including but not limited to motors, motor control centers, relays, breakers, electrical disconnects, and rotating machinery, is desirable.\nMust be able to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, sketches, control wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and other written instructions for equipment operation.\nAbility to use various electrical test equipment, including a multimeter.\nKnowledge of wiring practices under NFPA standards.\nWorking knowledge of electrical safety practices, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe use of testing equipment.\nAbility to work with the Engineering team to design and implement solutions when problems arise.\nBasic computer skills for work orders, maintenance records, and equipment documentation.\nTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a
