for\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Generalist, Mobility, or Compensation & Benefits.\nExposure to Expatriate Management, experience in supporting Compensation & Benefits activities.\nKnowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, FlexHR system)\nExperience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development.\nExposure to AI tools, automation, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nDetail-oriented
