Maintains and calibrates test equipment. Writes test procedures and interprets test data on standard jobs.\nUtilize hand and power tools to fabricate, retrofit and repair equipment.\nCreate standard operating procedures and job instructions for performing maintenance activities or equipment operation.\nAssist in the implementation and sustaining of LEAN and 6S process disciplines.\nMay be required to participate in on-call duty, first responder training, and/or hazardous waste training.\nCommunicates with equipment OEMs and vendors as needed to expedite troubleshooting, repairs, and spare part procurement.\nSustains and improves PM program on all manufacturing equipment.\nRequest new spare parts, inventory adjustments or discrepancies on existing spare parts.\nDetermines type of repairs required through various troubleshooting techniques, looks for improvements that could be made to equipment through modifications, or process changes, and analyzes results to evaluate overall equipment effectiveness.\nRepair and troubleshooting of various electrical systems and electrical components of industrial manufacturing equipment.\nUtilizes predictive maintenance systems to review and analyze OEE.\nObserve performance trends and correct with necessary measures.\nContributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks i.e., working on engineering or quality requests.\n Other duties may be required as needed by management.\nWhat we look for\nHigh School Diploma/GED\nAssociates degree in technical field preferred. \nMinimum of 3 - 5 years manufacturing.
