Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.\nAt least 5 years of experience in LED or semiconductor molding and casting processes.\nStrong knowledge of semiconductor/LED manufacturing processes and process engineering principles.\nExperience in process development, statistical analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.\nProficiency in Minitab is an added advantage.\nSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and continuous
