experience in customer communication regarding technical issues and 8D problem-solving processes is an advantage\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of Six Sigma or other structured problem-solving methodologies is considered a plus\nExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative team environment\nAdaptability to dynamic environments, with the ability to establish and optimize new processes and ways of working\nFluent English language skills, both written and spoken;
