Responsible for process handshake and ensure process readiness for mass production.\nIf appointed as process technician lead - resources planning, align the priority and coordinate with process engineering DHs & Engineers on daily sustaining activities and engineering evaluation.\nResponsible to perform training needs analysis (TNA) and development plan for Technician / Operators.\nWhat we look for\nBachelor degree in Engineering, Science or technical equivalent degree.\nMinimum 4 years working experience in both manufacturing and engineering, LED assembly procesess and knowledge of tools design especially in Lens Attached processes. Knowledge on overall value stream LEDs or ICs semiconductor production exposure.\nUnderstanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
