Risk Management and Project Execution

  • Evaluate sourcing risks related to material availability, supply interruptions, supplier performance, project timing, claims, and potential liabilities.
  • Support project schedule targets, material lead time targets, target cost achievement, target cost improvement, contribution to net income, standardization targets, and recommended supplier coverage objectives.

Market and Technology Scouting

  • Initiate and support market, supplier, technology, and benchmarking activities to identify sourcing solutions aligned with project needs.
  • Stay informed on relevant technologies, suppliers, trade publications, industry trends, meetings, and trade shows to support procurement decisions.
