technology teams to bring innovative ideas into production and help shape the future of intelligent work at ams OSRAM.\nYour tasks:\nDesign, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Copilot Studio AI agents, Power Apps, and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value\nBuild AI-powered experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and modern AI technologies\nDesign and optimize LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, tool/function calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise search, and agentic workflows\nDevelop end-to-end business process automation using Power Automate, integrating business actions, approvals, notifications, and enterprise system workflows\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, software engineers, and platform teams to transform business requirements into scalable digital solutions\nSupport citizen developers by establishing governance frameworks, reusable components and development standards\nCreate enablement materials, training content, and technical guidance to accelerate adoption of Copilot, AI Agents, and Power Platform solutions across the organization\nAct as a trusted advisor, helping teams identify, evaluate, and successfully implement automation, digitalization, and AI opportunities\nWho we are looking for\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field\nStrong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for developing AI-powered applications, custom integrations, APIs, and enterprise automation solutions\nSolid understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, modular development, code quality, testing strategies, and maintainable application architectures\nExperience with Git-based source control systems, branching strategies, code reviews, and collaborative development practices\nStrong background in Power Platform application development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform solution design\nExperience working with Microsoft Copilot
