mechanisms\nExperience with semiconductor reliability testing, preferably including WLR, accelerated testing, statistical data analysis and lifetime modelling\nKnowledge of relevant reliability methodologies and mechanisms such as TDDB, BTI, HCI, electromigration and stress Migration\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, combined with a proactive, independent working style and ability to collaborate in international, cross-functional teams\nProficiency in English is required, good German is beneficial\nWe offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on
