Identify and propose training when needed for the Division.\n\nPrepare project portfolio review meetings: extract, summarize and analyze data, coordinate the update of information to be presented.\n\nCoordinate migration of project documents to Document Management System\n\nContinuous improvement of processes: identify the specificities/new needs/dysfunctions linked to the processes and propose improvements and contribute to the simplification and harmonization of the processes. Define and implement performance KPI regarding implemented processes.\n\nManage referentials : CMDB and APM, tests tools, documentation management. Support operational teams to update referentials, propose and implement evolutions or actions plans related to referentials.\n\nManage habilitations\n\nInternal stakeholders\nOther process managers within TGITSTGITS Delivery Enabler (responsible for the process of maintenance and evolution)\n\nIT Project Manager community in the Division\nExternal contractors working from abroad\n\nOn call duty :No\nRequirements\nCandidate's profile\nMinimum 5 years of experience in IT\n\nProven ability to communicate with internal stakeholders, to coordinate different teams (Process owners and operational team members)\n\nExperience working in an international environment.\n\nFluency in English and French is required.\n\nEducational Background: IT Background\nTechnical skills -
