Performs basic technical services at a customer’s site or in the field.\nJob Responsibilities - Activities:\nFunctions:\nInstall, adjust, maintain, and repair company products, such as capacitor banks, filter banks, MVTVSS, snubbers, and MSP’s\nResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers’ issues; determining the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution; verify and document corrective action\nEnsure products comply with, and installed according to final building documentation, customer requirements and specifications \nMaintains a parts inventory and uses a variety of small tools\nFollows guidelines and instructions established by the organization\nHandels basic issues and problems, refer more complex services to Field Service Engineer\nMaintains service/maintenance records\nFollow company purchasing authorization procedures\nOther tasks as required \nEducation -
