Combining technical skills with attention to detail to meet customer requirements efficiently.\nWhat you will be doing:\nSet-up, Operating and Maintenance:\nSet up printing jobs by selecting appropriate settings, loading digital files, and configuring printing parameters according to job specifications. \nOperate print machine(s) independently for all types of jobs. \nHandle and prepare printing materials, including loading paper, adjusting settings, and managing inventory. \nDigital print operators perform regular maintenance tasks on printing equipment, such as cleaning, calibrating, and troubleshooting technical issues. \nConsistently achieves expected throughput/efficiency. \nAble to run 100% mail well for critical clients. \nProvide proper adjustments to meet established hourly production standards. \nEnsure proper sorting according to USPS requirements. \nReconciling/recording for all output. \nAccurately use job data capture to track time. \nQuality:\nEnsure that the printed materials meet quality standards by monitoring the printing process for consistency, color accuracy, and print quality. \nMaintain an organized, safe, and clean work area. \nEffectively use the quality control procedures monitoring quality of the final output. \nReviews schedule for jobs assigned daily; reports issues back to Supervisor. \nFollow all plant, department and work area safety rules and operation procedures. \nWho you are:\nExperience operating a Ricoh VC60000/VC70000 or similar inkjet continuous web printer.\nWork history of longevity, excellent attendance and responsibility. \nExperience working in a detail oriented and deadline driven environment. \nHigh School/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience. \nKnowledge of USPS regulations. \nAbility to read and understand job tickets.\nSupervisory Responsibilities: None\nWork Environment: Position operates in a regulated manufacturing print/mail production facility\nPhysical Demands:\nStand and walk for up to 12 hours, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching \nMust be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds\nPerform repetitive motions in a fast-paced production environment\nSecurity Clearance: Amsive is a Federal Contractor, and this position may require government security clearance for certain projects.\nOther Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
