Join us, and be part of the team ready to welcome, support, and grow with you.\nWe regret to inform you that currently, Amsive DOES NOT provide sponsorship opportunities.\nThis is a REMOTE position, candidates will be required to live in the United States and work EST or CST time zones. \nWhat we are looking for:\nThe Senior Creative Project Manager is a key leader within the creative department, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex, multi-channel creative campaigns as well as smaller-scale creative initiatives. This role requires deep project management expertise, advanced communication skills, and the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively drive solutions.\nThe Senior PM is expected to act as a strategic partner-confidently representing the creative team to both internal stakeholders and external clients, while ensuring projects are delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget. They will manage cross-functional alignment, coach and mentor junior PMs, and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality across the department.\nWhat you will be doing:\nProject Leadership\nLead and own all phases of creative projects from scoping through delivery, across multiple accounts and project types (direct mail, digital, and multi-channel campaigns). \nAnticipate risks, proactively surface solutions, and guide stakeholders toward alignment. \nAct as the primary liaison between creative, CX, and clients-presenting work, facilitating feedback, and translating complex information into clear direction. \nStrategic Planning & Scheduling\nBuild complex timelines in Smartsheet that account for constraints, dependencies, resources, and deadlines. Maintain updates throughout the project. \nDevelop both client-facing and internal project schedules that balance transparency with realistic execution. \nManage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously, ensuring the team can prioritize effectively. \nFinancial & Scope Management\nIndependently review project briefs and define scope, deliverables, assumptions, and internal/external resource needs. Develop Scope of Work and Proposals for new project requests. \nProvide accurate estimates of internal hours and vendor costs; track budgets and burn rates proactively. \nPartner with CX to address scope changes, ensuring impacts on timing, budget, and resources are clearly communicated throughout project execution. \nQuality & Process Excellence\nWork with a team to ensure all deliverables undergo proper QC before client review. \nMaintain consistency and accuracy across tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Ziflow, SharePoint, Email). \nProactively identify process gaps and propose improvements to Director \nCross-Functional Collaboration & Mentorship\nCollaborate closely with account, strategy, media, and production partners to ensure alignment on deliverables and project requirements. \nCoach and mentor junior project managers, providing guidance on timelines, scope, and client communication. \nTeam Leadership & Development\nSupervise and mentor junior Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of client work. \nDelegate tasks effectively, balancing workloads across the team while maintaining accountability. \nProvide training on project management processes, tools, and systems (e.g., Asana, ZiFlow, resource planning tools). \nFoster professional growth by identifying development opportunities, offering feedback, and coaching team members on best practices. \nSupport knowledge-sharing and consistency across the PM discipline to ensure high standards of communication, organization, and delivery. \nWho you are:\n5-7+ years of project management experience in a creative or marketing agency environment. \nAccount management experience, particularly in a role combining client relationship management and project delivery, is a plus. \nProven success leading complex, multi-channel campaigns with budgets ranging from $5,000 to $200,000+. \nDirect mail experience required; strong digital campaign experience preferred. \nProficiency in Asana and Smartsheet (required); Ziflow and SharePoint (preferred). \nStrong understanding of creative production workflows (print, digital, and integrated). \nFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus. \nHighly detail-oriented and consistent across all project management tools.
