As an IT Security Analyst, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our information assets, infrastructure, applications, and data while helping drive secure adoption of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI). Your expertise will help protect business operations, ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI DSS, and strengthen AMSOIL's commitment to security, trust, and operational excellence. Working closely with infrastructure, networking, manufacturing, and business teams, you'll help integrate cybersecurity into every facet of our technology environment.\n\nScheduled hours:\nMonday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch break.\n\nWhat you will own:\nLead or coordinate the investigation, containment, remediation, and reporting of cybersecurity threats and security incidents.\nConduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.\nEvaluate AI, Generative AI, and automation technologies for security, privacy, and governance risks.\nReview and assess the security of new applications, technologies, and infrastructure solutions.\nManage and support Cisco security technologies, including firewalls, Cisco Umbrella, and network security controls.\nPerform security risk assessments for applications, infrastructure, vendors, and third-party services.\nHelp ensure enterprise systems remain properly secured and patched.\nSupport PCI DSS compliance programs, annual assessments, audits, and remediation efforts.\nMaintain security policies, standards, and controls aligned with industry best practices.\nEducate employees on cybersecurity awareness, risks, and security best practices.\nPartner with business and technology teams to support responsible and secure technology adoption.\nCollaborate across departments to strengthen AMSOIL's overall cybersecurity posture.\nHelp develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and governance practices that support business objectives and regulatory requirements.\nProvide security guidance and recommendations during the design and implementation of new technologies, applications, and infrastructure solutions.\n\nWhat you bring:\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.\n6+ years of cybersecurity experience.\nKnowledge of security architecture, network security, threat management, and enterprise risk management.\nExperience with Cisco security technologies and enterprise security tools.\nExperience supporting PCI DSS compliance initiatives.\nUnderstanding of AI security risks, governance, and emerging cybersecurity trends.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nKnowledge of data privacy laws, security frameworks, and best practices.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.\nPreferred:\nProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, CCSP, GSEC, or similar cybersecurity credentials.\n\nCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.\n\nCompensation That Reflects Your Value:\nYour experience and contributions matter.
