The developer is responsible for creating solutions that support operational excellence, data integrity, and process improvement across departments.\nThis position allows for a hybrid work schedule requiring at least 3 days a week at the AMSOIL Headquarters located in Superior, WI. \n\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze, enhance, develop, modify, and test business applications to meet evolving business requirements.\nCollaborate with users and technical teams to investigate issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective system solutions.\nTranslate business needs into functional specifications and implement technical solutions that align with company standards.\nProvide primary analysis and programming support for customizing or integrating external software packages.\nMaintain and support existing applications, ensuring stability and performance.\nDevelop and enforce data integrity methods to promote consistent, accurate, and efficient data usage across systems.\nProactively recommend process and system improvements to enhance productivity and system reliability.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in software development or ERP systems support.\nHands-on experience with ERP systems;
