As a Maintenance Technician II, you'll help maximize equipment uptime, support production goals, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive business success. From troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems to supporting facility improvements and capital projects, your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver industry-leading products to customers around the world.\nScheduled hours:\nThe work schedule is Monday through Friday 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm with occasional overtime depending on business needs. \nWhat you will own:\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.\nPerform preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.\nSupport production line changeovers and equipment setup.\nRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.\nMaintain and repair production equipment, material handling equipment, and facility systems.\nSupport HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and general facility maintenance activities.\nCollaborate with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Quality teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.\nUtilize CMMS software to document maintenance activities and manage work orders.\nWhat you bring:\nAssociate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Automation, or a related field; equivalent training and experience will also be considered.\n5+ years of maintenance experience in one or more areas including industrial mechanical, electrical, HVAC, facilities, or related trades.\nExperience working in a manufacturing or high-volume production environment.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems preferred.\nAbility to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.\nWelding, fabrication, machining, and industrial electrical experience is highly desirable.\nExperience using CMMS software such as Limble is preferred.\nValid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles.\nCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States (or Canada if applicable) without current or future employer sponsorship.\nCompensation That Reflects Your Value:Your experience and contributions matter.
