We are looking for a hands-on Production Operator who thrives in a safety-first team environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products.\n\nWhy this role matters:\nThis role is essential to keeping production operations running safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality. Production Workers work closely with others to keep packaging and blending operations running smoothly, maintain a clean and organized environment, and support shared goals for safety, quality, and teamwork.\n\nScheduled hours: Monday – Friday 2:30pm – 10:30pm. Occasional overtime/weekends may be required.\n\nWhat you will own:\nA safe and compliant work environment through consistent adherence to all safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).\nDaily operation of production equipment, ensuring efficient and reliable performance to support production targets.\nFlexibility across multiple production functions, including operating and monitoring packaging line equipment, assembling kits, and accurately filling large containers with product as required.\nConsistent product quality during packaging by applying established quality control standards to ensure items are clean, properly aligned, and filled to the correct specifications.\n\nWhat you bring:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent, along with a strong foundation for learning and applying workplace skills.\nDependable attendance and a strong work ethic that supports consistent team performance.\nWillingness to learn and operate a forklift, with on-the-job training provided. \nClear communication and solid problem-solving skills to support day-to-day operations.\nAbility to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with self-direction.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.\nComfort in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.\nPhysical capability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting throughout the shift.\nAvailability to work Monday through Friday, 2:30pm–10:30pm, with flexibility for occasional overtime and weekends as needed.\n\nCompensation That Reflects Your Value:Your experience and contributions matter.
