ILS is the world's most dynamic aerospace marketplace and has over 28K users world wide and as a BDS, you will work closely with Marketing to target specific accounts and develops pipelines through prospecting into targeted high-value accounts across specific regions.\nResponsibilities:\nIncorporate cutting-edge strategies for client acquisition, incorporating phone, email, and social media. \nMeet or exceed monthly targets consistently, especially with small/mid-sized business owners. \nDevelop and manage your own pipeline through prospecting into high-value target accounts. \nEngage in consultative communication of ILS value proposition to customers and prospects. \nDevelop a deep understanding of ILS offerings and communicate differentiation effectively. \nBuild credibility in meetings through clear, compelling, and effective communication skills. \nDeliver captivating demos and proposals to effectively secure business opportunities. \nUtilize Salesforce CRM and other business development acceleration tools proficiently. \nActively seek opportunities for improvement, learning from managers, peers, and colleagues. \nYou have:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (in a related business development environment) \nAt least 3 years of prior experience offering SaaS solutions to small/mid-sized business owners. \nExperience in aviation/aerospace is preferred. \nProven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities within target industry segments, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset. \nExcellent relationship-building, phone, and demonstration skills are essential. \nComfortable with travel (10-20% of the time) for face-to-face meetings and tradeshows. \nSalesforce experience is a significant advantage. \nProficient with the Microsoft Suite of products (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint). \nAbility to work independently. \nWhy Work at CAMP?\nJoin a culture where your ideas matter, your impact is real, and your growth is supported.
