This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making through advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, is proficient in leveraging financial systems and tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will directly engage and support Business Unit Management and Corporate Executive Management.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFinancial Planning & Analysis:\nDevelop, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast expense and cash flow\nCollaborate with business leaders to develop forecasts that achieve business targets\nPerform variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and anomalies\nPrepare KPI’s and corresponding analysis across the organization.\nReporting:\nPrepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics for senior leadership and stakeholders\nPerform analysis, reporting, and auditing for Sales, Operations, and Human Resources.\nLead in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for Business Units\nEnsure alignment with organizational goals and track progress\nDrive efficiencies by evaluating and improving existing financial systems and workflows\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and actionable recommendations\nConduct ad hoc analysis to support business operations, as required.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field\n4+ years’ experience in a similar role\nProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nAdvanced Excel modeling and data analysis skills required\nExcellent attention to detail and a focus on data quality and integrity\nExperience writing SQL queries is a plus\nExperience with Accounting systems is a plus (Oracle, Planful, Acumatica etc.)\nStrong work ethic and ability to travel as necessary\nEffective as a team player and working autonomously\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment and with minimal supervision\nWhy Work at CAMP?\nJoin a culture where your ideas matter, your impact is real, and your growth is supported.
