This role is the connective tissue of the marketing team: you will help coordinate work across the team, keep projects and calendars on track, support our social presence, and pitch in on light writing and marketing projects as they come up, including customer interactions. It is a strong fit for someone early in their marketing career who is exceptionally organized, communicates clearly, and likes owning the details that make everything else work.\nResponsibilities:\nTeam and Project Coordination\nKeep the team’s projects, calendars, and assets organized and on schedule.\nCoordinate across the team and with vendors, designers, and internal stakeholders to keep work moving forward.\nSupport marketing projects across the team, from kickoff through wrap-up.\nMaintain marketing files, naming conventions, and basic reporting.\nSocial Media\nSchedule and publish posts across social channels and help maintain the content calendar.\nDraft posts and gather visuals that fit the AHM brand voice.\nMonitor engagement, respond to comments, and flag items that need the wider team.\nLight Writing and Content Creation\nDraft and edit short form copy: social posts, email snippets, event descriptions, and web updates.\nProofread marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the content style guide.\nProvide light support on blogs, newsletters, and other content creation as needed.\nSales Team and Event Support\nCoordinate logistics for sales teams attending conferences and customer events.\nManage customer calendars, deadlines, and details from planning through wrap-up.\nPrepare collateral, signage, and giveaways in partnership with OEMs and field reps.\nYou Have:\n2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a coordinator or administrative role.\nExcellent organizational and project-management skills, with a sharp eye for detail.\nClear, professional writing and proofreading ability.\nComfort with social platforms, especially LinkedIn, and common marketing tools.\nAbility to juggle multiple deadlines calmly, with occasional travel for events.\nBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nExperience in software or other technical B2B industry preferred.\nFamiliarity with HubSpot and social scheduling platforms preferred.\nWhy Work at CAMP?\nJoin a culture where your ideas matter, your impact is real, and your growth is supported.
