physician, and procedure, but not be limited to, assembling and providing properly functioning\nequipment, supplies, and instruments\nWorks collaboratively with the endoscopy team to assure high level disinfection and/or sterility of instruments \nand supplies according to policy and procedure\nFollows manufacturer’s instructions for use for all steps of cleaning, high level disinfection or sterilization for \ninstruments and/or equipment\nFollowing manufacturer’s instructions and centers policy and procedures, appropriately cleans endoscopy suite \nbetween cases and daily terminal cleaning\nAssists with maintaining adequate inventory of supplies \nProactively participates in QAPI and Safety Programs \nDemonstrates knowledge of and adheres to the Code of Conduct \nComplies with center policies and procedures \nDemonstrates an attitude that is caring, respectful, sensitive, tactful, compassionate, empathetic, and tolerant \nProvides a safe environment for the patient \nCommunicates safety concerns appropriately, following Chain of Command \nLegibly documents when necessary in the performance of job \nPromotes patient and physician satisfaction \nPractices appropriate aseptic techniques and sterile processes as appropriate to the endoscopy suite \nWears appropriate Personal Protected Equipment (PPE) \nObserves universal precautions \nRefers situations beyond ability or function to proper person \nRegular and predictable attendance \nPerforms other miscellaneous duties as assigned \nAttends all required
