Mid-Atlantic region.\nResponsibilities\nManage survey projects from proposal development through final project delivery.\nSupervise and mentor survey field crews, office technicians, and project staff.\nCoordinate project staffing, scheduling, budgets, and deliverables.\nConduct project kickoff meetings with clients, project managers, and engineering teams.\nEstablish project work plans, success of AMT's Survey practice.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nVirginia Licensed Surveyor (LS).\nMinimum of 5 years of progressive surveying experience.\nExperience performing and managing Topographic Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Right-of-Way Surveys, and Utility Surveys.\nExperience preparing surveys in accordance with VDOT Survey Standards and VDOT CAD Standards.\nExperience supporting transportation and infrastructure projects.\nStrong communication, organizational, and client service skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nLeadership experience or a demonstrated desire to grow into a leadership role.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDegree in Surveying, Geomatics, Geography, Civil Engineering, or related field.\nExperience supporting roadway, bridge, utility, and transportation design projects.\nExperience coordinating survey activities with engineering design teams.\nInterest in business development and future management
