Working with product management and market-facing stakeholders, the Senior Product Owner translates roadmap initiatives and projects into actionable development work, produces and maintains product artifacts, and drives delivery - while market-facing direction, priorities, and customer strategy are set jointly with in-market leadership. \nOn the coordination side, this role supports and oversees the product-owner process for the India-based team: scheduling and facilitating agile ceremonies, acting as a quality gate on product development lifecycle (PDLC) artifacts, and building a strong product-owner community of practice. This is a coordination and enablement role; it does not carry direct people-management responsibility. \nThe ideal candidate understands manufacturing operations, ERP systems, and agile product development, and is comfortable working across technical teams, product owners, and in-market product leadership. \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES \nProduct Execution (Labeling Product Line) \nPerform product-management execution for the labeling product line in partnership with in-market product leadership. \nTranslate roadmap initiatives and projects into epics, user stories, and a well-formed backlog. \nProduce and maintain product artifacts, working with in-market leadership to close market-facing gaps. \nDefine and prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes in line with roadmap direction set with in-market leadership. \nWork with tech leads and development teams to plan sprints across multiple months. \nProduct Owner Coordination & Enablement (Both Product Lines) \nCoordinate and support the product owners working across the labeling and corrugated product lines in India. \nSchedule, facilitate, and oversee agile ceremonies - Program Increment (PI) Planning, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews. \nReview and act as a quality gate on the completeness and quality of PDLC artifacts. \nBuild and support a product-owner community of practice - shared standards, templates, and continuous improvement. \nHelp product owners grow in their craft through coaching, feedback, and shared best practices. \nAgile Development Collaboration \nWork closely with engineering, QA, UX, and architecture teams during sprint planning, development, and release cycles. \nCoordinate with product managers, tech leads, and development teams in Program Increment planning. \nParticipate in sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives. \nClarify requirements and ensure development teams understand the desired product outcomes. \nCross-Functional Coordination \nWork with in-market product leadership (product management and market-facing stakeholders) to align execution with roadmap and customer needs. \nWork with implementation, support, and sales teams to ensure product features align with customer needs. \nProvide product expertise for internal stakeholders and help drive continuous improvement of product capabilities. \nSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS \n7+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a software environment, including experience leading or coordinating other product owners. \nStrong experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments and facilitating agile ceremonies, including PI planning. \nExperience with ERP systems. \nStrong experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining and reviewing product requirements. \nDemonstrated ability to set and uphold quality standards for product artifacts. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with distributed and in-market teams. \nProduct backlog and requirements management \nAgile / Scrum facilitation and PI planning \nProduct-owner coordination and enablement \nPDLC artifact quality and standards \nStakeholder communication across distributed teams \nERP / manufacturing domain \nNice to Have: \nExperience with manufacturing, ERP, or scheduling applications. \nKnowledge of production operations, shop floor workflows, or manufacturing analytics. \nExperience working in a distributed / offshore model in partnership with in-market product leadership. \nExperience establishing or supporting a product-owner community of practice. \nExperience with tools such as Jira or similar backlog management systems. \nWhy Join Amtech\nAt Amtech, you will drive meaningful financial impact in a growing enterprise software organization while benefiting from Vista’s world-class ecosystem.
