This position requires effective verbal and non-verbal communication, attention to detail, organization, and collaborative thinking.\nThis position receives daily direction from the Project Manager and Lead Superintendent.\nResponsibilities:\nEffectively communicate with the Superintendent and Procurement Department regarding material status’\nBuild and maintain relationships with electricians to ensure material needs are met\nCoordinate closely with Superintendents, Foreman, and other disciplines within the organization regarding material kitting and staging\nEnsure material trailer, clam shell boxes, and cages are fully stocked, and quantities are identified based on specifications provided by the Lead Superintendent\nEnsure work package kits are built, accurate, and staged appropriately\nSign for all materials upon delivery and organize and distribute accordingly\nMaintain shipment packing slips and balance items received from their corresponding Purchase Order\nReceive and fulfill field material requests, ensuring on time delivery to specified site locations\nRecord received materials in the provided material inventory excel file with appropriate dates, quantities, and descriptions\nIdentify and communicate material shortfalls to the Lead Superintendent\nIdentify and communicate opportunities for material logistics improvements to stay ahead of challenges on current and future projects\nSubmit material quality discrepancy reports to the Lead Superintendent for further action\nAccount for underutilized materials to be returned for credit\nThis person would receive inventory \nManage lay down yard- stocking shelves, keep things organized\nRun forklift and lull throughout site \nMust Haves:\nNeed to have the skills necessary to receive, log, organize, control material movement, maintain the logs\nInventory management experience -
