hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while serving as the primary liaison between clients, field leadership, and executive management.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage large-scale electrical construction projects \nLead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution\nDrive project financial performance, forecasting, and cost control\nCoordinate closely with Superintendents, Foremen, Engineering, Estimating, and Executive Leadership\nDevelop and mentor Assistant Project Managers and project staff\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service\nManage contract review, risk analysis, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation\nUtilize scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to maintain project schedules\nLead pull-planning sessions and implement production tracking strategies\nOversee quality assurance, safety compliance, and project closeout processes\nReview and negotiate major material purchases and subcontract agreements\nCollaborate with HR and Operations teams to support workforce planning and project staffing\nIdentify value engineering opportunities and prefabrication solutions to improve project outcomes\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n3-5+ years of Project Management experience in electrical construction\nExperience managing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects\nDemonstrated success managing projects valued at $30M-$50M+\nStrong knowledge of:Electrical Construction Project Management\nNational Electrical Code (NEC)\nOSHA regulations and safety practices\n\nExperience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software\nStrong financial management, forecasting, and budgeting skills\nExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities\nAbility to
