This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a structured environment and enjoy investigative work.\nYou’ll begin with comprehensive training and mentorship to build a strong foundation and auto practices by the end of your first 90 days you’ll be confidently ramping toward a full audit workload and contributing to our team success.\nResponsibilities\nTraining Timeline\nFirst 30 Days: Partner closely with your training manager to gain hands on experience with our systems, tools and workflow while building a strong foundation in virtual audit practices \nNext 60 Days: Transition into managing your own virtual audit desk with increasing independence, applying your training to roll world scenarios, and refining your audit techniques \n90 Day Mark: Demonstrate full proficiency in conducting virtual audits independently, ensuring accurate earn premium calculations through through analysis of financial records and effective communication with policyholders.\nJob Responsibilities Post Training\nApply advanced knowledge and auditing skills to independently conduct virtual audits of workers, compensation and general liability policies with minimal supervision vision, ensuring accurate earn premium calculation through detailed record analysis.\nVerify correct classification of exposures and alignment with regulatory guidelines, state bureau, rules, and Company procedures by reviewing financial documents and other relevant materials. Identify and resolve policy rating discrepancies and covered during the audit process, conducting research and collaborating with stakeholders to address disputes effectively\nDeliver additional value added service, such as business on boarding calls, and scheduled account check-in to support underwriting account management teams.\nCommunicate audit findings, and results with producers, underwriters and insurances and premium audit, leadership, fostering, transparency, and collaboration.\nProvide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders throughout the audit, lifecycle maintaining professional professionalism and responsiveness\nState current with industry, regulations, manual rules, and market trends to ensure audit accuracy and compliance.\nPerform other related duties and special projects as assigned to support departmental goals and business needs.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline OR equivalent experience\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills\nDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite\nstrong, analytical, and critical, thinking skills, excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, effective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nPreferred\nAbility to work independently and manage time efficiently proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software :\n1 or more years of premium audit experience \nAssociates in Premium Audit Program (APA) certification preferred OR working towards APA certification\nThe expected salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000/year.\nPlease note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
