Candidates should also have hands-on knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, Elementor, theme and plugin customization, and AI-assisted development tools.\nYou will work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, project managers, and clients to deliver scalable and engaging digital experiences. The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of deliverables, problem-solving ability, and the ability to mentor junior developers.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the frontend development of responsive, interactive, and visually engaging websites and web applications.\nTranslate Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD, and other design mockups into pixel-perfect, production-ready code.\nBuild reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components using React.js, including functional components, hooks, state management, and API integration.\nDevelop complex CSS3, JavaScript, SVG, and HTML5 animations to create engaging user experiences.\nImplement advanced interactions, transitions, micro-animations, and motion effects based on design requirements.\nEnsure websites are fully responsive and cross-browser compatible across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.\nWork closely with UX/UI designers to understand designs, identify implementation challenges, and suggest technically feasible solutions.\nCollaborate with backend developers and other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of frontend components with APIs and web services.\nReview code for quality, performance, maintainability, and adherence to frontend development standards.\nIdentify and resolve UI, cross-browser, responsiveness, and performance-related issues.\nOptimize websites for page speed, rendering performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.\nConduct performance debugging, benchmarking, and frontend optimization wherever required.\nStay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, libraries, and development practices.\nParticipate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, code reviews, and project discussions.\nTake ownership of frontend deliverables and ensure timely completion as per project requirements and client feedback.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior frontend developers.\nAssist in troubleshooting and resolving complex frontend development issues.\nEnsure consistency in design implementation and user experience across different pages and platforms.\nBuild and maintain WordPress websites and Shopify storefronts, including responsive pages and custom functionality.\nCreate and customize WordPress pages using Elementor, including responsive layouts, reusable templates, and interactive elements.\nCustomize WordPress themes and plugins, and Shopify themes and app integrations, to meet project requirements while maintaining performance and compatibility.\nUse AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, documentation, and workflow improvement, and review and test generated code before use.\nTrain and guide users/colleagues on relevant web technologies and applications when required.\nSkills Required:\n2.5 - 5 years of professional experience in frontend/web development.\nStrong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, SASS/SCSS, Bootstrap, and Responsive Web Design.\nStrong command of modern CSS concepts including Flexbox, Grid, positioning, transitions, transforms, and responsive layouts.\nStrong experience in developing pixel-perfect websites from Figma/Photoshop/Adobe XD designs.\nExcellent understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive web development.\nStrong knowledge of SVG and HTML5/CSS3 animations.\nHands-on experience with React.js, including functional components, hooks, props, state management, reusable components, and REST API integration.\nWorking knowledge of WordPress and Shopify website development, administration, and customization.\nHands-on experience with Elementor for building and customizing responsive WordPress pages and templates.\nExperience with WordPress theme and plugin customization, including working knowledge of PHP and WordPress hooks.\nWorking knowledge of Shopify Liquid, theme customization, and app integrations.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools for coding, debugging, and documentation, with the ability to validate generated output.\nStrong understanding of web performance optimization, including page load, rendering, asset optimization, and browser performance.\nAbility to write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.\nGood understanding of frontend debugging and browser developer tools.\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on pixel-perfect implementation.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment and deliver within tight timelines.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to independently handle frontend development tasks from design handoff to final implementation.\nGood to Have / Additional Skills:\nExperience with animation libraries such as: GSAP (GreenSock)\nAnime.js\nPixiJS\nCreateJS\n\nStrong experience with SVG animations and Canvas animations.\nExperience with 3D web animations and libraries such as Three.js.\nKnowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as:Next.js\nVue.js / Nuxt.js\nThree.js\n\nExperience working with WebGL or interactive 3D experiences.\nUnderstanding of animation principles, motion design, and interactive storytelling.\nExperience with Git/version control systems.\nFamiliarity with frontend build tools and development workflows.\nExperience with
