architecture\nCreate and validate solution approaches for modules like lead capture, checkout, CRM sync, dashboards, and content workflows.\nEnsure clean data flow for martech stacks (GA4/GTM, pixels, CRM/webhooks).\nDrive architecture documentation: key components, APIs, data models, dependencies, and rollback plan.\n3) Quality, performance and standards\nEnforce code quality and review discipline with clear checklists (security, performance, maintainability).\nEnsure SEO hygiene, basic accessibility, page performance, and cross-device compatibility are not compromised during delivery.\nReduce rework and production issues by strengthening definition of done and proof-based sign-offs.\n4) Team leadership & mentoring\nLead and mentor frontend/backend developers and trainees.\nImprove estimation accuracy, productivity, and delivery predictability.\nRun weekly tech syncs, review sessions, and knowledge sharing.\n5) AI-assisted development & automation\nAdopt and standardize modern coding agent tools and workflows for faster delivery and better quality.\nBuild guardrails for AI usage (no secrets/PII; review before commit).\nEncourage workflow automation where applicable
