Abuja is seeking a professional, courteous and well-organised Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for the Company, managing the front desk, visitors, incoming calls, correspondence and general administrative support.\nResponsibilities\nReceive and attend to visitors and direct them appropriately.\nAnswer, screen and route incoming calls and messages.\nManage the general company email inbox and enquiries.\nReceive, log and distribute mail, courier deliveries and documents.\nMaintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a professional condition.\nCoordinate meeting refreshments and related logistics.\nMaintain visitor, call, contact and dispatch records.\nMonitor front-desk supplies and provide general administrative support.\nMaintain confidentiality and promptly escalate security or safety concerns.\nRequirements\nOND or NCE in Office Technology & Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.\n1–3 years’ experience in front-desk, receptionist or customer service roles within a corporate environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and standard office equipment.\nExcellent spoken and written
