Whether it's today or 150 years from now, we continue to invest in our culture and your development so opportunities for growth and career advancement are never in short supply.\nAt Amwins, we win together - and have a good time doing it. \nLearn more about us at amwins.com.\nWe see you in Amwins blue!\nJoin our Amwins Access team in Roseville, CA as a Business Processing Technician!\nThis is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Roseville, CA office.\nEach Business Processing Technician provides vital team functions:\n Receive and organize customer data, attaching it to the proper account in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system\n Respond to customer inquiries and issues, following through to completion and total customer satisfaction\n Process all data in a timely and accurate manner to avoid errors and rework, while meeting target performance metrics\n Follow established processes and procedures to maintain published standards and remain in compliance at all times\n Promote teamwork and efficiency within the department by supporting other team members as needed\n Other duties as assigned\nWe are looking for people with: \n Ability to follow protocol\n Accuracy and attention to detail\n Strong customer service skills, with effective written and verbal communication\n High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Insurance Studies, or a related field preferred\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office\nExperience:\n Entry-level role: 1 year of customer service experience preferred\nWork Environment:\nThis position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.\nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop or kneel. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
