Amwins Specialty Auto is part of Amwins Group, the largest specialty broker in the United States, with over $14 billion of premium.\nThis is an in office-position with the option for a hybrid schedule once training is complete.\nResponsibilities:\nOversee daily claim assignments and ensure timely first contact with all relevant parties.\nMonitor investigations, coverage analyses, and liability decisions for accuracy and completeness.\nReview claim documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.\nCoach and develop team members to strengthen investigation quality, communication, and negotiation skills.\nMaintain oversight of reserves throughout the life of the claim; ensure appropriate adjustments are made.\nEnsure timely escalation of potential fraud, severity concerns, recovery opportunities, or complex issues.\nCollaborate with material damage units, injury adjusters, and internal partners to support smooth claim handling.\nTrack and report team performance metrics, including timeliness, cycle time, reserve adequacy, quality results, and customer satisfaction.\nSupport escalated customer or stakeholder concerns, providing clear explanations of decisions.
