In this role, the Operations Enablement Specialist owns the management of successfully identifying gaps, managing implementation projects and transition of teams into the overall Amwins Connect business. \nHybrid role (2 days in-office) in a city where there is an Amwins office. California is preferred. \nResponsibilities: \nLead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within the specified timeframe.\nConduct research to identify and understand regional requirements relevant to the business needs.\nEvaluate current technology and workflow processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.\nDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans - outlining tasks, timelines, and milestones.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, allocate resources effectively, and ensure clear communication channels.\nEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.\nFacilitate the smooth transition of completed projects back into the business operations.\nAssess and ensure the readiness for high-volume scenarios, making necessary adjustments for scalability.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, reports, and status updates.\nAct as a subject matter expert in relevant areas to provide expertise and guidance.\nQualifications:\n6+ years of proven experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives for effective business operations with a general agency or carrier.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nHighly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nAvailability and willingness to travel as required for project-related activities.\nUniversity degree preferred.\nPursuant to California regulation, the compensation range for this position is as stated and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. \nCalifornia Pay Range\n$94,000—$119,000 USD\nThe Amwins Advantage: Benefits & Perks\nMedical, Dental, Vision available your first day of employment\nChoice of medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield;
