You will help keep accounts moving from quote through renewal by handling the day-to-day processing, follow-up, and documentation that underwriters depend on. This is a hybrid role based in Windsor, CT, in a growth-focused, collaborative environment where your work matters.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport underwriters across the full policy lifecycle, including renewals, quotes, binding, and policy issuance\nProcess policy changes, extensions, and non-renewal or solicitation activity\nFollow up with agents and brokers on open quotes and outstanding items\nPrepare and send accurate emails, documents, and policy materials\nUse our systems and renewal tools to keep account records complete and current\nMeet deadlines while managing a high volume of accounts\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\n3-5 years of insurance experience, preferably in professional liability or a related specialty line\nWorking knowledge of policy forms, endorsements, and the policy issuance process\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nClear written and verbal communication with agents, brokers, and internal teams\nProficiency in underwriting or policy systems, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel\nStrong organization and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment\nCustomer-focused approach with a strong sense of accountability\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nCompensation\nBusiness Risk Partners offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package within a flexible and dynamic work environment.
