This position will be responsible for the full operability of all A/V equipment, troubleshooting A/V problems, and coordinating all repairs. This position will work with various vendors scoping out new audio/video projects, verify equipment needed, coordinate and perform installation. Contract to hire position. \nDuties and Responsibilities:\nScope equipment needed for new projects based on floor plans\nQuote, order, track and install all new equipment needed for A/V projects\nCalculate and verify elevation heights for new tv and video conferencing installs\nEdit drawings for elevation heights per room for new projects\nSet up, maintain and troubleshoot audio video conferencing meetings\nProvide general support for general presentations and video conferences\nAnswer helpdesk calls and troubleshoot problems remotely and in person\nCreate and document procedures\nScope and execute proof of concepts\nWork to provide vision and strategic direction on audio and video direction with new technologies\nMust be able to adapt and overcome challenges with proposed solutions\nWork with cable tv providers and schedule installs and scope of work\nConsult with and educate all levels of end-users, and interact with all levels of the organization with professionalism\nTravel will be required - 20% - 30%\nMust have a valid credit card for travel (flights, lodging, rental car).
