We are looking for an experienced, resourceful Lead Business Analyst to help support system administration and support a new contract writing system. Under minimal supervision, you will work as a member of the Acquisition Systems Division team, working closely with the customer to support procurement functions.\nShall assist and support lead and provide technical direction involving multiple projects of high complexity with the DoD.\nUtilize extensive procurement information systems experience to provide effective solutions to end-user functional, technical, user access, and training support requests for Procurement Desktop Defense (PD2), and other DoD and DHA procurement and financial systems. \nAssist and support efforts directing the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.\nContractor shall support a new contract writing system. \nProvide support in building interfaces between systems, particularly with finance systems.\nEscalate risks, issues, concerns, and recommended solutions to client.\nDemonstrated communications skills with all levels of management. \nAbility and initiative to set goals and execute.\nCoordinate and conduct customer work sessions to gather and document requirements.\nConfigure system settings based on customer requirements.\nCollaborate to translate business requirements into system requirements for configuration.\nDevelop subject matter expertise for system capabilities.\nSelf-starter with initiative and aptitude to quickly learn and put new skills to use.\nPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to properly prioritize, multi-task and work collaboratively with our project team.\nAssist to develop and approve communication strategies. \nAssist to prepare and deliver presentations and lead senior level client meetings. \nAssist to prepare and present systems training to users. \nSupport the development of an initial system roll-out training plan for the most effective rapid deployment.\nProvide support and assist with system user issues. \nProvide support on any other identified tasks.\nMust have the ability to communicate accurate information\nQualifications\nMinimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business.
