governance requirements.Responsibilities\nLead overall program execution for enterprise application development, modernization, and sustainment initiatives.Develop and maintain Program Management Plans, risk registers, integrated master schedules, and executive reporting packages.Oversee Agile delivery teams and ensure alignment with sprint, release, and modernization objectives.Manage stakeholder communications, governance reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive briefings.Coordinate cloud modernization, DevSecOps, automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.Monitor program performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies.Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.Ensure successful delivery of program objectives, user adoption activities, training initiatives, and operational excellence goals.Foster collaboration across technical, operational, business, and customer information\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.\nMinimum ten (10) years of experience managing large-scale software development, application modernization, or digital transformation programs.\nMinimum five (5) years of experience serving as a Program Manager supporting enterprise software development and sustainment environments.\nExperience leading Agile software development programs utilizing Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or related frameworks.\nDemonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams consisting of developers, architects, business analysts, testers, DevOps engineers, and cybersecurity personnel.\nExperience managing project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, risks, issues, and executive-level reporting.\nActive PMP certification or equivalent Program Management certification.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing executive and senior leadership stakeholders.\nAbility to obtain and maintain required government security clearance.\nDesired:\nAppian Experience\nMinimum five (5) years of experience managing Appian platform implementations, modernization efforts, and sustainment programs.\nExperience overseeing Appian application development lifecycles from requirements through production deployment.\nExperience managing Appian workflow automation, business process management (BPM), case management, and low-code application development initiatives.\nUnderstanding of Appian integration strategies utilizing APIs, web services, enterprise systems, and third-party applications.\nExperience supporting Appian platform governance, performance optimization, and release management activities.\nFamiliarity with Appian DevOps practices, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and platform modernization initiatives.\nGoogle Experience\nMinimum five (5) years of experience managing programs utilizing Google technologies and cloud services.\nExperience leading development and modernization efforts within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.\nKnowledge of Google Cloud services including application hosting, data management, analytics, security, and integration services.\nExperience overseeing cloud migration, modernization, and cloud-native application initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Google AI and machine learning services supporting automation, analytics, and digital transformation programs.\nExperience managing cloud governance, operational metrics, service performance, and cost optimization initiatives.\nAdditional Technical ExperienceExperience supporting enterprise DevSecOps and continuous delivery environments.\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipeline management and Agile software delivery practices.\nExperience managing cloud-based application modernization programs.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity compliance, risk management, and secure software development practices.\nExperience utilizing performance metrics, KPIs, and operational dashboards to drive continuous improvement.\nExperience supporting AI, automation, workflow
