This is a fully remote position. Working closely with senior IAM architects and OIM subject matter experts, the developer will design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain custom Java-based solutions, integrations, workflows, and application enhancements within a complex enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a strong Java developer with experience in Identity and Access Management technologies. While prior Oracle Identity Manager experience is highly desirable, candidates with strong Java, WebLogic, middleware, integration, and enterprise application experience will be considered.Responsibilities\n Collaborate with government product owners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze requirements and develop technical solutions supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications, integrations, and services supporting the Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) environment.\nDebug, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis of complex application issues in development, test, and production environments.\nDesign, develop, test, and implement system enhancements, defect corrections, and new functionality.\nDevelop and maintain integrations using SOAP, REST, XML, and related technologies.\nConfigure and support OIM Application Onboarding (AOB) Connectors and integrations with target systems such as Active Directory, SAP, databases, and other enterprise applications.\nSupport Oracle SOA workflows, business processes, and web service orchestration activities.\n Assist with application onboarding, system upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts.\nMonitor application health, investigate production issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain system stability and performance.\nSupport incident response activities and resolution of high-priority IAM-related production issues.\nMaintain technical documentation and adhere to security, audit, and change management requirements.\nCommunicate technical concepts, issues, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nMust have the ability to communicate accurate information\nQualifications\nRequired:\n5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.\nExperience developing enterprise Java/J2EE applications.\nExperience with Oracle WebLogic or similar application servers.\nStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.\nExperience working with SQL and relational databases.\nExperience consuming and developing SOAP and/or REST services.\nExperience with XML, XSD, and related integration technologies.\nExperience working in multi-tier application environments.\nAbility to analyze requirements and develop technical solutions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to obtain an IT-II security clearance.\nDoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification preferred or be able to acquire within 6 months of joining: Category IAT Level I or CompTIA Security+ Computing Environment Certification (CE) \nDesired:\nExisting IT-II security clearance or current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)\nSecurity + CE certification\nExperience with DLA.\nExperience with Oracle Identity Management (OIM) Suite\nExperience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)\nFamiliarity with Process Engineering Language (BPEL).\nExperience with Oracle ADF\nBenefits include:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Plans (PPO & HSA options available)\nFlexible Spending Accounts (Health Care & Dependent Care FSA)\nHealth Savings Account (HSA)\n401(k) with matching contributions\nRoth\nQualified Transportation Expense with matching contributions\nShort Term Disability\nLong Term Disability\nLife and Accidental Death & Dismemberment\nBasic & Voluntary Life Insurance\nWellness Program\nPTO\n11 Holidays\nProfessional Development Reimbursement\nsalary- 100-160k\nPlease contact  with any questions!\nAmyx is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
