Exercise support includes, but is not limited to, the planning and conduct of all major planning meetings, exercise scenario development, creation of facilitator and participant materials, and after-action reports (AARs).\nThe Sr. PM will be responsible for the following activities:\nplanning and conduct of all major planning meetings\nExercise scenario development, creation of facilitator and participant materials, and after action reports (AARs).\nProvide HSEEP and cybersecurity Subject Matter Expertise (SME) at all directed meetings.\nExercise Management and Facilitation, including:\nStaffing of primary exercise positions\nStaffing of player/controller positions\nExercise facilitation\nFacilitator training (as required)\nLeasing of any required exercise support equipment\nLeasing of any required exercise support facilities\nTools used for game playManage the development and coordination of all relevant exercise documentation. Exercise documentation includes, but is not limited to:\nConcept of Operations (CONOPS)\nExercise meeting presentation and notes\nDevelop Exercise artifacts\nExercise player evaluation forms\nSituation Manual (SITMAN)/ Bi-Fold\nAdministrative documents (invitation letters, sign-in sheets, etc.)\nPolicies relevant to successful exercise execution\nExercise Control (EXCON) design/diagrams/schematics\nDigital, multi-media, and simulation technologies (Videos, websites, digital images etc.)\nExercise After-Action Reports (AARs)\nQualifications\nat least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience acting as a senior program manager on a diverse cybersecurity program.
