opportunities and work with management to convert them.\nFeed customer input back into enhancements, product offerings and process improvements.\nWhat you'll need\nExperience in customer experience, account management or a related field.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and complex service solutions at pace.\nStrong communication and relationship building across internal and external stakeholders.\nAnalytical, detail-oriented, comfortable solving problems from incomplete information.\nExperience with financial processes including invoice auditing and A/R.\nAble to lead a customer business review on your own.\nBonus points\nSupply chain, warehouse fulfillment or ecommerce background.\nFamiliarity with SLAs and operational metrics.\nBusiness transformation or process optimization experience.\nCRM or customer service management
