practices around code quality, testing, debugging, and maintainability.\nTake ownership of technical decisions, code reviews, and frontend architecture.\nMentor engineers and contribute to improving the team's frontend engineering standards.\n\nRequirements: \n7+ years of experience in frontend development, with substantial hands-on experience in React.js .\nStrong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nDeep understanding of React concepts, including hooks, component lifecycle, state management, rendering behavior, and component composition.\nSolid knowledge of frontend architecture, reusable design patterns, and scalable application development.\nExperience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows, loading states, errors, and edge cases.\nStrong understanding of browser internals, DOM manipulation, event handling, and web performance optimization.\nExperience with frontend testing frameworks and writing maintainable, reliable code.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex UI issues and make sound engineering trade-offs.\nStrong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and clear communication.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience building complex, data-heavy dashboards or enterprise applications.\nFamiliarity with modern frontend tooling, CI/CD workflows, and design systems.\nExperience with Next.js or other modern React frameworks.\nExposure to accessibility, responsive design, and frontend security best practices.\nPrevious experience working in fast-paced product teams or early-stage
