From quick bites to sweet treats, you’ll deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming food service environment across our park’s dining locations.\nYour Responsibilities\nGreet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.\n\nPrepare and serve food and beverage items accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards.\n\nOperate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including counters, equipment, and guest-facing spaces.\n\nRestock food, beverage, and supply items as needed throughout the shift.\n\nCommunicate clearly and work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.\n\nMonitor guest satisfaction and respond to questions or concerns in a friendly, professional manner.\n\nFollow all food safety, sanitation, and safety policies and procedures.\n\nSupport other food and beverage locations or duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nWhat You Need\nPrevious customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required.\n\nStrong communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive to detail.\n\nAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.\n\nAvailability to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts.\n\nMust be willing to attend Serv-Safe class to obtain certification.\n\nMust be willing to attend TABC class to obtain certification.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to safely lift, carry, and move materials independently and with team assistance when necessary.\n\nAbility to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead.\n\nMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and stairs.\n\nAbility to safely handle heavy, bulky, or awkward items using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed.\n\nCapable of working in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual labor activities.\n\nPerks of Working with Us\nCompetitive pay\n\nPaid time off\n\nEmployee discounts on food and merchandise\n\nFree admission for employees and immediate family\n\nGenerous pass exchange program with area attractions\n\nAbout Us\nAnakeesta is a one-of-a-kind outdoor adventure park in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, offering dining, shopping, and unforgettable experiences with breathtaking mountain views.
