With a brand-new Parkway store, Great Outdoors Trading Company, four retail shops on the mountain and our all-new, largest retail experience, Fur Trader, opening soon, our award-winning theme park is seeking Retail Associates that are outgoing, knowledgeable about our products and know how to sell with a smile!\nResponsibilities\nLearn and develop knowledge of all products that we have in inventory.\nLearn and use the Point of Sales computerized system for all transactions, inventory, ordering, reconciliation.\nStock and replenish of all products, inventory of all items.\nCheck invoices against orders to verify that the correct items are received.\nWork in a professional manner and always make a professional presentation in both dress and actions\nHandles all sales transactions through the Point of Sales system and always works with guests in a polite and professional manner.\nAssist guests with purchases including recording transactions and packaging for guests.\nAttending staff and sales meetings to learn new sales techniques\nClocks in and out using Point of Sales system to record actual hours worked.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nQualifications\n16 years of age or older\nPrevious sales and retail experience would be beneficial.\nExperience with cash transactions and credit cards helpful.\nExperience in stocking and displaying products.\nGreat customer/guest experience background a plus.\nKnowledge of and previous experience using Point of Sales\nAbility to work with other team members and develop new skills.\nAble to work in all-weather conditions.\nAvailable to work days, nights, weekends and holidays\nPhysical Requirements\nAble to lift up to 60 lbs.;
