The Supervisor should be a self-motivated and results-driven leader, who can direct and manage our team all while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.\nResponsibilities:\nCapture the magic in the mountains!\n\nExhibit expertise by learning to operate and maintain a photo point of sale and camera system to include photo, printing, sorting, packaging, and troubleshooting.\n\nWorking in the business to fill any photographer/sales associate duty\n\nOversee daily business operations and tracking of key performance indicators\n\nMonitor, motivate, and coach staff to meet goals\n\nManage payroll costs daily\n\nDevelop photo sales and capture techniques\n\nTrain photography sales associates\n\nDrive sales to meet daily goals and drive revenue growth\n\nLearn what makes Hospitality, Tourism and Retail successful\n\nGreet and welcome guests, directing and informing them on photo capture locations\n\nStage and pose guests to capture life-long memories\n\nAbility to interact with guests and work with all types of visitors and their personalities\n\nSet up and operation of digital photography equipment\n\nLearn and apply sales techniques to upsell packages\n\nExcellent customer service experience and the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs\n\nTake proactive steps to follow up on requests and ensure customer satisfaction\n\nMust possess an outgoing personality and be able to initiate conversations with guests\n\nResponsible for site preparation, stocking, cleaning and organization\n\nResponsible for handling all equipment safely with care\n\nAbility to work holidays, nights and weekends\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications\nRequirements:\nStrong leadership qualities.\n\n1+ years of leadership experience, preferably in guest facing roles\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nHighly organized and proactive\n\nStrong work ethic.\n\nGood interpersonal skills.\n\nMeticulous attention to detail.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAble to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance;
