This role is responsible for transforming financial and operational data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights that support business decision-making, operational performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Analytics, Consolidation & Reporting\nConsolidation & Management Reporting\nConsolidate financial and operational data across multiple sources to support recurring management and operational reporting.\nPrepare dashboards, reports, and analysis packages that provide clear visibility into key performance indicators and business trends.\nReview, validate, and reconcile data to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of reported information.\nSupport management reporting requirements by organizing data into structured, reliable, and easy-to-understand outputs.\nData Cleansing, Validation & Reconciliation\nMaintain and improve recurring reports, dashboards, and data models using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SAP, Copilot, Claude, or similar tools.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive manual activities, reduce turnaround time, and improve report accuracy.\nDevelop or support scalable reporting solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and data accessibility.\nTest and validate reporting tools, dashboards, and automation outputs to ensure reliable results.\nReporting Automation & Digital Transformation\nDocument reporting logic, data definitions, processes, assumptions, and standard work instructions.\nReview existing reporting and finance processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and control improvement.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen reporting accuracy, workflow efficiency, and stakeholder experience.\nCollaborate with finance and business stakeholders to align reporting outputs and process improvements with business needs.\nProcess Improvement & Documentation\nDocument reporting logic, data definitions, process flows, assumptions, controls, and standard work instructions.\nReview existing finance and reporting processes to identify opportunities to simplify, automate, improve controls, or enhance scalability.\nSupport process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy, close efficiency, forecast visibility, turnaround time, and stakeholder experience.\nCollaborate with finance and business stakeholders to align reports, analytics, and process improvements with business needs.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.\nExperience in finance reporting, data analytics, business analytics, manufacturing finance, or related analytical work.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data structuring; experience with Power BI, Power Query, SAP, Copilot, Claude, or similar reporting and analytics tools preferred.\nGood communication skills with the ability to explain data, analysis, issues, and recommendations clearly to finance and business stakeholders.\nPreferred\nExperience in manufacturing, semiconductor, operations, finance, or shared services environment.\nExperience with SAP or similar ERP systems.\nKnowledge of reporting automation, data modeling, digital finance transformation, or workflow automation.\nExperience with Power Automate, SQL, VBA, Python, or similar analytics and automation tools.\nContinuous improvement mindset with demonstrated proactiveness in improving reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and process quality.\nKey Success Factors\nStrong data analytics, reporting, and consolidation capability\nSolid understanding of finance, accounting, manufacturing operations, and business drivers\nHigh attention to data accuracy, completeness, controls, and quality\nAbility to manage recurring deliverables independently with minimal oversight\nProcess improvement, automation, and digital transformation mindset\nClear communication, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement orientation\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
