This role offers hands-on exposure to revenue accounting, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement in a fast-paced finance environment.\nWhy Join This Role\nThis role offers broad exposure to revenue accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls while partnering with teams that directly influence financial results. It is a strong fit for someone who wants to grow technical expertise, build business acumen, and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end revenue close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.\nPartner with Channel Operations to monitor and resolve RMA activity and other issues that may affect revenue accounting or close.\nPrepare support for SOX control testing and assist with internal and external audit requests.\nAnalyze revenue reserve activity, identify trends and drivers, and provide reporting to support management decisions.\nPrepare ad hoc reports, reconciliations, and analyses for management and business needs.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and increase automation.\nCollaborate across functions to resolve data, process, and reporting issues that may affect financial results.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n1-2 years of experience in revenue accounting, close, or financial reporting.\nStrong Excel skills.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.\nClear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.\nAbility to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP.\nKnowledge of channel distribution models, ideally in the semiconductor industry.\nExposure to SOX controls and audit\nExperience with process improvement or automation initiatives.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
