This position reports to the Manager of Supply Chain. This role will be responsible for analyzing day-to-day supply chain issues and strategizing permanent improvement. This role will work closely with Supply chain analytics and system teams and will help drive continuous system improvement projects. The successful candidate must have good understanding of key supply chain functions, and hands-on experience in analyzing complex issues & must possess an understanding of supply chain operations.\nJob Description\nAnalyze supply chain key performance indicators and device actionable plans to resolve ongoing issues and identify permanent resolution steps \nInterface with senior management independently and provide regular performance updates \nDesign, develop, and maintain advanced analytical models and dashboards \nProvide data driven insights that support scenario analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning \nDefine, measure, and report on supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive operational and strategic outcomes \nIdentify process gaps cross functionally and provide insights to management for tactical or strategic improvements \nWork self-directed and independently; and be a subject matter Expert \nDeliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve decision making and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance. \nMinimum Qualifications:\nBE/ME equivalent degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics and production planning/capacity planning \nA flexible, pragmatic, and collaborative team player with innate ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization \nHands on knowledge of SQL / PLSQL \nCompetency with data analysis and statistical tools, including Python or R \nProficiency in dashboard development and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) \nExperience with Supply Chain Modeling and Planning Systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis) \nExperience working with MES/ERP systems, such as SAP\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
