You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our global supply chain.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdvanced Analytics & Performance Optimization\nDesign, develop, and maintain advanced analytical models and dashboards.\nProvide data-driven insights that support scenario analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning.\nDefine, measure, and report on supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive operational and strategic outcomes.\nDeliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve decision-making and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.\nOperational Efficiency\nApply advanced analytical and systems-thinking techniques to improve key business processes, including:Integrated Business Planning (IBP)\nSupply Planning\nManufacturing Scheduling\nForecasting\nInventory Optimization\nCapacity & Materials Planning\n\nProject Management & Collaboration\nPartner with senior cross-functional leaders to deliver analytics projects that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and process improvements.\nLead projects independently while providing technical guidance and consultation to team members and stakeholders.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field.\nProfessional experience in the job offered or a closely related supply chain/operations analytics role.\nTechnical Skills & Other Requirements\nExperience with Supply Chain Modeling and Planning Systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis).\nProficiency in SQL.\nExperience working with MES/ERP systems, such as SAP.\nProficiency in dashboard development and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).\nCompetency with data analysis and statistical tools, including Python or R.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
