Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.\nPrimary Function: (Give a general description of this position.) *\nThe Analyst shall work with cross functional teams in identifying constraints or gaps in any manufacturing areas or processes, address root causes and recommend process and systems improvement to address the gaps to ensure delivery of ADI parts. They will be heavily involved in expediting parts that are being escalated by our top customers. They will communicate issues to SCM top management for quick/immediate resolution.\nCompetency Level:\nEducational Background:\n(List minimum education and required discipline, e.g. Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, etc.)\nGraduate of a bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or any supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline.\nWith industry certification or good scholastic record is an advantage.\nExperience: (List minimum number of years and field of exposure, licensure, registration, and/ or certification required).\n3+ years’ experience in semiconductor supply chain or factory planning role, with manufacturing exposure.\nKnowledge, skill and abilities: (List the competencies the employees must have to be successful in the position)\nCollaborative and knows how to motivate cross functional teams towards a common goal.\nExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nDetail oriented and highly Analytical & organized.\nWilling to work in a fast-paced environment to quickly analyze situations and make informed decisions.\nWorking knowledge of SAP S4/Hana, Oracle SQL, Tableau or Power BI would be an advantage.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint\nHas some familiarity with Project management.\nMajor Duties & Responsibilities: (List the major responsibilities of the position. Most jobs have 8 major job responsibilities that represent the essential function of the position.) *\nPerform deep dive root cause analysis of delivery / manufacturing performance to identify “areas of concern”.Analyze and identify potential delivery risk and operational performance and provide weekly highlights.Present findings and recommendations to different levels of management for decision and issue resolutions.Lead cross-functional teams to resolve known issues with the goal of improving performance.Communicate status updates of escalations to BU, SCM Top management, factory management.Take ownership and responsibility for defined role rather than allowing others to dictate outcome. Driven and result-oriented with customer satisfaction in mind.Ensure the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
