He/she will monitor and drive on-time delivery performance, coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve supply issues, and proactively communicate delivery status to stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure customer commitments are fulfilled.\nCompetency Level:\nEducational Background:\nGraduate of a bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or any supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline.\nWith industry certification or good scholastic record is an advantage.\nExperience:\n2 - 4 years equivalent work experience in a semiconductor and electronics manufacturing or similar industry\nKnowledge, skill and abilities:\nHas good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nDetail oriented, analytical & organized.\nWilling to work in a fast-paced environment to quickly analyze situations and make informed decisions.\nGood in excel and other Microsoft office applications.\nBackground on Project management\nMust be resourceful, and assertive.\nGood in documentation and report generation skills.\nWith knowledge in SAP, PROMIS or MES Systems is a advantage\nWith background on tableau and SQL is an advantage\nMajor Duties & Responsibilities:\nMonitor and drive on-time delivery performance to meet customer commitments and delivery metrics. \nManage parts and customer accounts, ensuring proactive communication on delivery status and updates. \nAnalyze CRD and FCD gaps, constraint analysis, and drive forecast/supply review to attain program goals. \nAnalyze and identify potential supply risk, proactively resolve bottleneck and constraint issues. \nDeep dive analysis of \"at risk\" orders and identification of trends in area and/or cause of planned delivery lateness. \nPreparation of Root Cause / Corrective Action summary reports in response to customer escalations. \nInform and respond clearly and timely to all queries from customer team. \nCoordinate with planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to resolve supply issues and ensure customer commitments are fulfilled. \nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
